How to check a gift card balance and history
Find a gift card and see its value, the amount used and every transaction.
Every gift card shows its original value, the amount already used, and the remaining balance. The gift card history lists every transaction.
Find a gift card
- In Partner, go to Gift Cards.
- Search by the sender's email, the recipient's email or the gift card code.
- Open the gift card.
Check the balance
The gift card shows:
- The original value
- The amount already redeemed
- The remaining balance
The balance updates each time the gift card is used for a full or partial payment.
Check the history
The gift card history shows what the gift card was used for, with each transaction.
Good to know
A gift card balance cannot be printed from Partner. Share the balance with the guest in another way, for example by email.
