How to redeem a gift card in Superb POS

Use a guest's gift card as payment by scanning the code or typing it in.

A gift card can be used as payment in Superb POS. Each gift card has a unique code. Scan the code or type it in at payment.

Redeem a gift card

  1. Open the bill and go to payment.
  2. Select gift card.
  3. Scan the gift card code, or type in the code.
  4. Confirm. The gift card value is used for the bill.

If the gift card does not cover the full bill, take the rest with another payment method.

Good to know

  • The gift card balance is updated after each use. See How to check a gift card balance and history.
  • Gift card codes are not printed on receipts. Write down the code for the guest if needed.
