How to take bookings from Tripadvisor and the Michelin Guide
Let guests book from your Tripadvisor listing or your Michelin Guide page.
Guests can book a table from your Tripadvisor listing or from your page in the Michelin Guide. The bookings go straight into your Superb reservations.
Connect Tripadvisor
You need access to your Tripadvisor management account.
- Go to Reservations → Settings → Reservation channels.
- Find Tripadvisor.
- Follow the steps to connect your Tripadvisor listing.
A booking option appears on your Tripadvisor listing.
Connect the Michelin Guide
The Michelin Guide channel is for venues listed in the Michelin Guide. The Michelin Guide channel is activated by Superb, not in your settings.
- Contact Superb support.
- Ask to activate the Michelin Guide channel for your venue.
Guests can then book from your page on guide.michelin.com.
Good to know
- Bookings from Tripadvisor and the Michelin Guide appear in your reservations list with the channel as source.
- The same confirmation emails, notifications and capacity rules apply as for other online bookings.
