How to set up Reserve with Google

Reserve with Google adds a "Reserve a table" button to your Google Business Profile. Guests can book from Google Search and Google Maps without visiting your website.

What you need

• A verified Google Business Profile

Set up Reserve with Google

1. Check that your Google Business Profile is verified.
2. Connect Superb to Google in your reservation channel settings. Superb can also connect Google for you during onboarding.
3. Superb sends your availability to Google automatically.
4. The "Reserve a table" button appears on your Google Business Profile when you have free tables.

How bookings from Google work

• Google shows the same availability as your Superb reservation settings. There is no separate availability to manage.
• The guest books on Google and receives a confirmation.
• The booking appears in your reservations list with Reserve with Google as source.

If the button does not appear

1. Check that Reserve with Google is active in your reservation channel settings.
2. Check that your Google Business Profile is verified.
3. Check that you have free availability.
4. Contact Superb support if the button still does not appear.
