How to void a fiscal receipt from the Epson fiscal printer

Void a scontrino fiscale (fiscal receipt) already issued, using the keypad connected to the Epson fiscal printer.

What you need

• The fiscal keypad connected to the Epson fiscal printer
• The documento commerciale (commercial document) to cancel, which shows its document number and closure number

Void a scontrino fiscale from the Epson keypad

Voiding a scontrino fiscale requires the date, the document number, and the closure number of the documento commerciale to cancel. Both numbers are printed on the documento commerciale.

1. Press 2222, then Chiave.
2. Press 91. The display shows "DATA 00-00-00".
3. Enter the date of the receipt to void.
4. Press Contante. The display shows "Numero Documento 0000".
5. Enter the number of the documento commerciale to cancel.
6. Press Contante. The display shows "Numero Chiusura 0000".
7. Enter the closure number shown on the documento commerciale to cancel.
8. Press Void on the keypad.
9. Press Chiave to return to "STATO REGISTRAZIONE".
