How to start the day in Superb POS

Begin the trading day on a register and enter the starting cash.

Each register starts the trading day with Begin Day. Begin Day is required before the register can take sales. Begin Day is also required on days when the venue is closed.

Start the day

  1. Open Superb POS and log in to the register.
  2. Tap Begin Day.
  3. If the register handles cash, enter the starting cash for each currency the register accepts.
  4. Confirm.

The register is now ready for sales.

About the starting cash

The starting cash is the amount of cash in the drawer when the day begins. Superb uses the starting cash to calculate the expected cash when you close the day.
