  2. Go to Rooms.
  3. Click Add Room.
  4. Name the room.
  5. Tick Online Booking if guests can book the room online.
  6. Tick Show Online if guests should see the room when booking.

  9. Repeat for each room in your restaurant.

To edit a room, click the pencil icon next to the room. To reorder rooms, drag a room to a new position in the list.

Add tables

Every table belongs to one room, so create your rooms before you add tables.

  1. Go to Tables.
  2. Click Add Table.
  3. Name the table. The table name is for internal use only and is not shown to guests.
  4. Set Min and Max guests for the table.
  5. Choose the Room the table belongs in.
  6. Set Priority (optional). A higher priority means the table is booked first.
  7. Choose Shape (optional).
  8. Tick Active.
  9. Tick Book Only in Combination if the table should never be booked on its own.

  • Dynamic combinations: the selected tables can be joined in many different ways.
  • Regular combinations: the selected tables are always joined as one fixed group.
  1. Go to Table Combination.
  2. Click Add Combination.
  3. Select the tables to combine.
  4. Set Min and Max guests for the combination.
  5. Set Priority (optional).
  6. Tick Active.
  7. Click Save.
